Life Coaching

Life coaching is a series of one-on-one sessions that take place face-to-face, over the Internet or on the telephone.

 

As these sessions progress, clients become increasingly proactive and creative in understanding what they are truly capable of.

 

The process of coaching brings about significant change in the individual, allowing them to reassess their beliefs, rules and values and define a plan to optimise their success. Moreover, transformation happens gradually and through consistent behavioural change coupled with the accountability and independence the coach brings to the relationship, the client reaches new levels of capability, awareness and fulfillment.

  

The coaching process typically takes around six months to complete with sessions typically at two-week intervals. Each session lasts between an hour and ninety minutes.Life coaching helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organisations, empowering increased self-sufficiency, improving performance and enhancing quality of life.

The Process

We provide the first coaching session free of charge, allowing you to see whether you feel coaching is appropriate for you.

 

From experience we know that everybody can benefit from having a coach and we are confident that you will see the value of maintaining coaching from the very first session.

 

During this initial session you will take a snapshot of your current situation, define a desirable and well-defined outcome, select the areas you wish to work on and then outline a plan of action. The plan will be designed with the objective of closing the gap between where you are now and where you wish to be.

 

Should you decide not to pursue coaching further, you will still have gained a set of key documents, and a plan to help you on your way.

Where Do I Get Coached?

Your coach will offer to meet you wherever is mutually convenient and away from the distractions of everyday life. This could be at home, at work or in a hotel. Alternatively, coaching can be done using a video link over Skype or by telephone and e-mail.
