Assess

This is fundamental to our strategy. We believe you wouldn't want a doctor delivering a prognosis immediately after the patient reveals their first symptom and we view training in the same way. This is why we insist on carrying out a comprehensive needs analysis. We need to understand your mission, vision, people, products, services, objectives and challenges.

Design

Armed with the output from the needs analysis we will then propose a bespoke training program from the hundreds of modules and activations available and present them back to you for augmentatio, adjustment and agreement.

Deliver

Training is delivered in an exciting and interative way using accelerated learning techniques and engaging multiple intelligences. By making the learning fun in both our coaching and training programs, information is retained and remembered for much longer.

Diagnose

This is arguably the most critical part of the process. By assessing performance going into the training we are able to measure the impact at intervals after the delivery. MindEdge regularly works with your teams to reinforce the positive changes and help ensure the positive new habits learned are used.
